The same aggregates behind the public Workforce pulse, cut by your region and trades, exportable. Registered vs. looking vs. available; ticket gaps; where demand is outpacing supply.
Courses tied to real gaps
List your Fall Protection, Confined Space or First Aid sessions. Workers whose match breakdown says “needs Confined Space” see your next date right there.
Placement tracking
Invite your graduates or members; see (with their consent) who got matched, interviewed and hired — by cohort, not by name.
Referrals that carry context
Refer a worker to a job or an employer with a note. Employers see “referred by CNA Corner Brook” alongside the match score.
