What’s being built
Brook Construction holds a $25.77 million contract to extend and redevelop Dorset Collegiate at Pilley's Island, awarded after a December 2024 tender. It is a multi-year build combining new construction with renovation of the existing school, plus watermain and site services. For Green Bay and the Baie Verte Peninsula it is the main institutional job going, and school work tends to run hardest through the summer.
