What’s being built
A new kindergarten-to-grade-seven school of roughly 11,800 square metres for 860 students in the Kenmount Terrace neighbourhood. Olympic Construction holds the contract. The province reported the build at about 35 per cent complete in April 2026, with opening pushed from September 2026 to the summer of 2027. The remaining work is the part that carries the most trades: interior framing, drywall, electrical, ventilation and finishing.
